Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated per each customer according to what is most suitable and convenient for the circumstance.

On-Time Delivery

While we always do everything within our control to deliver goods on time, we cannot always guarantee an exact on-time delivery. This may be due to external factors such as road blockages, natural disasters or other. In these situations we communicate with all involved parties to ensure the matter is resolved in the best way.

Payment Methods

We provide a range of convenient payment methods for our customer, including bank deposit, direct debit, cash or cheque.

Booking Cancellations

On new storage bookings we do not charge a cancellation fee. In some circumstances where a job has been raised at a cost to Emmjay, there may be a fee asssociated to the customer if they cancel. In this instance, you will have received this information prior to booking – no surprises.

Damaged Goods

We ensure that any or all damages are recorded immediately as they are identified. This helps to track where the damage occured and how to best resolve the matter. Unfortunately damages do occur for reasons outside of our control. Our promise is to monitor, report and follow up on these matters.
